The original map sources are around but it really depends on why you need them.
I have another mdk that has examples of most things possible for TCE with ET engine if that is better for you? If you are looking to port the maps to a newer/modern engine in most cases its easier to directly port the bsp instead of messing with .map files and i am not sure anyone would be willing to give you original map sources for (TC:E) if they are gonna end up outside of True Combat.
You can of course decompile the bsp your self - the results will be a little garbaged but if all you want is geometry/brush work then it doesn't matter if things are a mess.
