so here is what i could think of so far(probably forgot a lot) and kinda sorted by importance for each section.
general:
1. fps fixes for at least snow, village, rail(around the railhouse entrance/middle)
2. buggy windows, not seeing enemys sometimes (delta, village, north,rail)
3. door bugs: you get stuck in them when you are sprinting. e.g: snow specop side(north storage) middle (main yard/next to the roof), delta: blue doors...
4. freeaim should be removed or fixed+made realistic(unrealistic semi-aimbot atm^^)
5. aim-unaim bug, happens kinda randomly (you mostly see "force unaimed" or something similar the in console when it happens/caused by lag?)
6. some walls need to be fixed/nadeproof(e.g. northport, terror windows. you can nade on the ceiling and it will kill the one in the windows)
7. shooting while leaning+non-ironsight isnt possible
8. switching the weapon after nading takes kinda too long(especially while you move) | switches to knife automatically
9. if someone throws a nade, switches to primary, and holds +attack before the weapon gets back up, the weapon doesn't return((show up) until you release attack
10. throwing nades at window: brakes it but bounces off(should break right through the window)
11. firelag bug(disabling wallmarks helps)
12. sometimes scores dont get reset after a mapchange
13. wallmarks wont show on both sides on some of the objects you shoot through
14. resolution change after et/tce crash to 800*600
15. rails arent always the same(you can slide on some, others not)
16. short-throw is kinda buggy(needed at all?)
17. bomb-bug: bomb is gone after 3 times losing it/getting killed(bug?) (being able to drop the bomb yourself would be a nice feature and improve tactical gameplay)
18. Scoreboard bug - when there are more than 19 players on the server, player with with the lowest number is shown more than once and players with the lowest score are not shown on the scoreboard
19. you should be able to abort the reloading process(with weaponchanging for example)
hitbox:
1. cornerfights, left/rightlean shooting buggy
2. if hitboxes are close to eachother/other objects, they kinda clip, making it impossible to give damage(shooting "through" an enemy for example), enemy proning "inside the bombspot(no damage)...
3. hitbox while climbing ladders,freeclimb and proning are messed up
updating the hitboxes will fix most annoying problems
movement:
1. stair-bug: jumping without stamina on stairs, boxes, edges...-->death (basically anywhere if you sprint+jump on low stamina)
2. crouching close to a rail wont let you stand up, e.g. railhouse steamroom
3. sometimes get stuck at doorframes, e.g. rail: steamroom entrance from bridge
4. priming a nade+sprinting and leaning only makes a walking sound(not running)
5. continues plant: if you hold down sprint while planting, you can run away and return to keep on plantig(progress of plant is saved while still holding sprint+f)
6. jumping right next to edges, boxes,... gives u a boost, can jump infinitely/higher without losing stamina
7. sliding on edges (sprint-jump towards an edge, then crouch+lean to slide)
8. jumping on objects is sometimes buggy(need several tries, clipping?)
9. sprinting down stairs isnt faster than walking
exploits:
-team x x x servercrash-, 15 nades-, skin-... command
northport:
1. door at terror windows, you can sprint and open+close it by pressing 2x activate(looks like simply running through the door, but its opening+closing)
2. underground/tunnel: at the first corner(terror side) bugged.
you can see the enemy without being seen by him(

difficult to hit in this cornerfight(depending on how much you lean out)
3.
get stuck at the box on the right in central connection on
railhouse:
1. possibility to defuse bomb outside the train on A (if planted at the back/close to the wall)
2. windows bugged, cant always see the enemy(same on west tunnnel cornerfights/blinking)
3. fps drops outside of the railhouse entrance/middle
4. you can get stuck at the doorframe of the steamroom(specopside/bridge)
5. A hallway: you can walk into the pipes(clipping error) but cant shoot through it
delta:
1. jumping into the boilers(e.g. loading bay)

village:
1. low fps on grass(A side)
2. compass locations for village
3. buggy window(looking down the street)
4. trees are crappy
stadtrand:

you can get stuck in specop spawn on(spawnpoint 2)
2. you can nade the wall right behind the B spot(from outside) to kill the planter
snow:
1. bad fps(a lot of fixing needed)
2. stuck in doors e.g: snow specop side(north storage) middle (main yard/next to the roof)
misc.
1. picking up a weapon while reloading sometimes gives you an empty clip(full animation length, but need to reload again)
2. shooting a player who is still connecting(999) after a mapchange gets sometimes kicked(timeout)
3. fix "g_spectatorInactivity x". x should be the time in seconds, but even if its set really high, it kicks after a few seconds of inactivity
4. aimbug, sometimes when the server is up for a long time: people cant aim anymore after they jumped once
5. change some default cvars, so beginners dont have to deal with it (rate 25000, cl_maxpackets 60, com_hunkmegs 256)
6. a timelimit under 3 min should be allowed
7. 1 installer(include the .49,b-fixed patch+updates all in 1 installer)
animation/models:
1. sig552: aim off while leaning
2. floating hand/gun(think there was a fix already, but not released)
3. reload animation not synced to sound(too fast/slow, depending on the weapon)
4. "invisible" weapons, if you dont have the new weaponpack the server is using
5. missing plant/defuse animation (you could use ET's engineer-tool defuse animation for that, some counterstrike-like animation or create a new one)
CTF:
-bad flagspots on almost all maps
some more stuff i forgot...
suggestions:
-add an ingame-serverbrowser(no disconnecting anymore, noob-friendly)
-allow dropping the bomb manually for better tactical teamplay
-GeoIP integration - would be cool to see players flags right before their nicks on the scoreboard (NoQuarter mod has something like that).
-Weaponstats improvement - would be cool if head shots would be counted (now we have always 0 value in weaponstats string), and maybe something similar to ET's default ALT bind - little pop-up where we can check our accuracy, kills, deaths, headshots etc.
-more detailed compass/radar(with map structure,...)
-teammmate location on radar(only for obj ,e.g. dot popping up on radar upon a vsaycommand)
-country flags for the server-browser, so people can see easier where the server is located
