i found out what the true problem was of the lacking activity,
the reason is the harsh registration system, people are registering and their accounts wont be activated at all,

i suggest... push back the automatic registration system with out the admin activation required,

there are allot of people, their account just arent activated yet, its due to the stricted registration system...

I've changed registration to user activation. I've already had to delete 3 spam threads.
