im willing to help u suggest idea's how to stop cheaters,

i think the only solution to stop the cheating is to obligate the server admins to
stream their server to cheatbusted,
which i think is impossible,

another solution is to be able to filter cheat busted streamed servers and non cheat busted streamed servers, just like when u filter official and custom servers in the servers browser in TCe, "and thats what i mean by integrating cheatbusted into TCe"
to do this u have to let the official servers automatically stream cheatbusted, and the server admins of the custom servers should have the choice to or not to stream their server through cheatbusted, i dont think its such a problem to obligate the official server to stream cheatbusted, because in the official server u r also obligated to host official files only, but TT and CB have to associate to make "streaming cheatbusted in the server" an official thing,

We cant do much about the pubs. However if we could, convincing clan-owned pubs to start streaming might work, unless ofcourse you are talking to a cheat clan.

It probably helps to contact Cor or LoK about this if you want them (server admins) to listen.

All SeF servers stream through Pbbans

PBBans and PsB are officially dealing with ET mainly
CheatBusted is specifically dealing with TCE. This means that when we are looking at cheat sites, we look specifically for cheats/hacks that work on TCE.
Because TCE is based on ET, we are bound to work on a few ET hacks, it is a fact. However we do prioritize TCE hacks/cheats
