It doesn't have much to do with efficiency Dragon, it mostly has to do with personal preference. And to those questioning how the aiming would work.... erm, the same? Why change an entire game mechanic just to have a left handed model? When you think about it, a left-handed model tossing a gernade around a right corner is just like a right-handed model trowing one around a leftward wall..... so what would the difference be? Why make any accomidations?
