Hey guys! I want to start mapping for your nice game called TCE. I have only one problem: In this forum, i read sometimes about a socalled "MDK" where i can find the entitites.def and .game config for TCE. But where can i get it?

It would be very helpful, if there was a unique documentation about configuring gtkRadiant for TCE or at least a stickied thread with the download link for the MDK. Oh, and ive got 1.5 installed. Would this be a capital mistake if i use it (dont come to me with that "doom3 build"-crap)? I dont want to use 1.4, im not even sure if 1.4 would work with other games i have configed (Nexuiz, Warsow).

Hello. Thanks for showing interest in mapping for our modification! We love community effort .

However, at the present time there is no MDK for TCE 0.49. The one we have on the site is for version 0.48. Please note that 0.48 maps are not compatible for 0.49.

I am not so much a technical person, so hopefully someone more qualified can come on here and answer your question fully.

about the 1.5 question:

it shouldn't matter, many mappers just like the features and layout of gtkradiant 1.4 better. it's a personal preference.
