However, as we nolonger have that big a population and all the trouble makers, hint hint, are not around I dont see a use for the staff, and seemingly the only population around here to be enforcing things to strictly unless they absolutely defy Trauma's TOU.

With a small population I would propose a democratic vote that calls for 2/3rds of which ever one of us is active on locking topics that seemingly are brekaing rules.

If and only if a thread is clearly breaking the TOU will mods lock with no question.
