In version .49b I die often from trying to jump over canisters/tanks (such as in the aquaduct/sewer in the german level)... and also when jumping over stairway rails... at the corners of the rail at the top and bottom results in instant death. |

The game is still based off the idea of HP or hitpoints. Falling causes damage in HP, and ofcourse when you are wounded even the slightly fall from a moderately high place could kill you. HP is probably one of the things they should remove from the game. |

This happens before you jump over something. You jump about 6 inches in the air and then instantly die from some bug in the game... *not* a fall from any kind of height. |

I know what he's talking about, and it is a bug. It can happen when jumping onto weird things like stair railings and other things that have weird edges. It used to happen to me a lot, but after you find out the bad spots you tend to avoid jumpiing on them. |
