No clue why that happens...
The fps seems stable at 47fps, lagometer seems pretty steady aswell.
Give us the details on your system specs, specifaclly recent modification or upgrades to graphics... also, a list of background running applications, and the server you played on - if possible a list of the files they had on the server.
Thats more of a glitch either with the client or with your computer or even what you used to record the video.. probably not the last one but if we are to find out what this is we need more information.
