and I think it's also there because of the fact that RTCW/ET use a knife system for up-close-and-personal attacks.

KNIFE OR GUN?? what im interested about is why do we have to have a knife?? like say for instance.... u are specops and another guy is terror. u r in close quarters combat with him and you both have a gun out, u want to knife him but u cant cause it takes too long to take out ur knife and do so... so all im saying here is we wouldnt need a knife if we just developed a gun hitting system... of course we would have to do something about those knife only servers |

You should try charging people with a knife more often. You'd be surprised how many people panic and miss you. |

yea i suppose...after all, i only use it usually to knife somebody from behind, and theyre usually shooting someone else, so they wont hear my footsteps..... |
