So i asked few people around in my community about my little issue.
Lately things going so well in tce that i had to raise serverslots from 20 to 32 to give more space to people willing to play. Now i run 3 servers of which 2 runs bodycount gamemode. Nothing wrong with them. But the weird stuff starts on the objective server.
The problem is whenever i start the server, it starts with the set max clients of 32. After bootup and map load i see a prompt of sv_maxclients has changed new value is "20" and after round end it goes back to 20.
This is what i done so far to try fix the issue.
Made sv_maxclients redundant in several configs(server,mapcycle and startup parameter)
Made a new folder with fresh files(still same results).
Checked every pk3 that could have been forcing it back to 20(no results).
What is causing this issue and how i can fix it? Or is objective hardcoded to max clients of 20? Because to my knowledge i haven't seen an objective server with more slots then 20.

I know this answer comes a bit late, but for others reading this: starting with 0.49 obj has been limited to 20 players
