Need to know what video card you have there. Actually more detailed system specs that includes:

· your operating system
· video card model
· how much ram you have
· your CPU

Superficially it looks like you have a 3DFX card and have to install a more up to date driver and the OGL extensions, or have a bad DirectX installation -- but that can just be a driver error; really need more info to help ya.

Ok it's an older Nvidia card -- but should be fine... Make sure you get the latest drivers.

After you install your drivers install DirectX 9c or reinstall it if it's already installed... Here's some links to help get you started:

· Latest Video Driver For Your Card
· Microsoft DirectX 9c

If you still get the error message should try deleting your game's cfg file, (it will make a new one for you when you run it) or just reinstalling the game if you don't know how to do this.

True Combat: Elite should run fine and look GREAT on your system -- there's no reason to give up.

we all want to help you. 8) we wont leave you in the dust like what most people in the TCE.main forums will do.

When you download your video card drivers, make sure you get the one for your videocard series (which is Riva TNT or just TNT) and for your OS. If you need an help with the driver, dont be afraid to ask. :)
