Unfortunately for you...you can't detect hackers that easily. If you're going to spam TC:E, don't freaking do it where all the ET/CoD hackers troll for games and servers just to get a funny youtube video...Sure you might be bringing in some new European players, but your also spamming and getting the attention of the cheat crews. |

I'm going to answer here. I don't see this as Somator's personal spam area  Define spam? Because I'm sure i posted something pertaining to your public post. If you're going to post something in public, accept the criticism that's life. All I said was you can have posted that spam at a better place, maybe PlanetWolf (IDK?) I was just letting you know that CrossFire isn't a good place to attract legit ET players nor any players. That place is where trolls like to visit and look for people to disturb for their videos to be put on yotube. So before you take the role of self-proclaimed Public Relations, learn where to post properly that benefits the small community we have.

That's nice that you are promoting the mod! I just have two concerns: 1. What WingZero said 2. I noticed the text you used came from the official PR campaign used for 0.49 - so since you are promoting "officially", I'd ask that you don't include your all-in-one installer. It violates the EULA and doesn't look good on an "official" post. Thanks! |

Why man? I'll just post again in whatever thread you make lol  Got to love public forums eh? But really, I am not trying to discourage you to get TC:E out there, but do it smartly man. Respect the EULA terms of TeamTerminator even though the whole team hasn't been around for 3 years it's still applied for life until Coroner comes back from the graveyard and changes it.
I'm sure after posting at crossfire.nu, you have read all the comments as I seen you've been defending yourself there half the time. Most of the comments were "It's a good game, but I'm sticking to ET" "It's a good game, I played it when they first released it, but I don't plan to play it anymore" Find a better community to target. That's the first step in being a successful PRM. Oh and you need to learn how to accept criticism when you post things publicly man, chill out.

PBBans is doing a great job but they are not the problem. The problem is EvenBalance's PB noobness. They won't dedicate full support for ET PB. etBot and a couple of other unreleased cheats continues to bypass whatever update EB releases. PB GUID spoofing is a major problem in ET still, yet EvenBalance hasn't attempted to do anything about it...it's been years and they haven't tried to battle the PB GUID spoofing for ET. Just sucks...

But yes wo0 PBBans is doing the best they can, PB is okay but they need to step up!!! agreed? 
I don't see any movement going with PB atm lol 
Anyway, this Antipro thing is just an alternative we can give a try and see how much better it is. We aren't going to throw PBBans and PB out of the way, we are just seeing if they offer something better. |
