I dunno, I'm bored so I thought I'd ask what you guys think is more obnoxious, a car driving by you blasting rap music, or a car driving by blasting heavy metal?

I say Rap because it's such an epidemic.
Everywhere I go there's at least one huge SUV or something that rolls by rattling every car around them with all that heavy bass.

I say rap, just because I notice it tends to be more fulgar, and easier to understand. with metal, 90% of the time all I hear is awefkjanv;oveovwoaovaaaaaaa!!AAAAA!!!psuvpraowm~AA!!AAAAAAAAAAAA!

plus metal has ties to classic rock.

I dont think any would win - if I get a choice between those two and a cd called the sounds of gunfire Id take the latter. Still would sound the same and hurt as much too. 8)

There is no wondering why the three of us are forum moderators as we basicaly are the only ones here plus a few people.

Rap def cuz the "homies" that blast it usually think the louder the bass, the cooler they will seem. Reality check: it's not cool.

The worst is the people who play their rap music with the volume up more than their setup can handle. I depise the rattling car parts on the bass lines. Please get your stereo installed correctly or don't turn it up thinking you're cool when it sounds like $#!T!

Most deffinately rap is more annoying- it is nine times out of ten played louder too.

Plus I love metal :D
