In order to obtain financial sponsorship, head of the development team should register with CH (Company House) to deal with tax and legalities properly.

2)
Is it actually legal to advertise firearm related accessories to the public? I don't know, but I don't think so.

I think free mod should be supported by the community itself (PayPal donations) and no other, that would somehow show appreciation of the gamers and not turn the game into another one of those tacky “shoot that Nike wearing terrorist with yellow leather coat from GAP”

wonder if nike and gap will make clothing that resembles the terrorist costumes? lol. that would be funny if you see someone that looked like the terrorists from the game. Paypal donations could be the answer.
