Post subject:  make a game list

since i have a new pc, and since im not a console gamer anymore, i want to buy allot of good pc games, it doesnt have to be new, i had allot of console games, now i want allot of pc games, so my question is, could someone make a list for me of all the good pc games from old to new,

my preference: the games need to have online multiplayer, and the game should still be played by allot of players it should have a large player base...
and the game should be a classic, and not the a game before it's sequel,

so if u would be so kind to make a game list for me then i would put your game list in my wishlist and maybe buy it, thanks in advance

considiring all the money you want to spend on games you might as well spend the money on a new "girlfriend" every night.

Why don't you just buy a few games that YOU are curious about and want to play - and then later buy other ones that peak your interest. It makes no sense buying tons of games at once because you want to give each game some undivided attention.

Also, I don't suggest asking for suggestions because no one here knows you (except for the fact that you want TC to continue on all these different engines - and that you like to brag about have money to buy things) so our opinions don't matter much to you because our preferences don't necessarily = your preferences. And I'm sure you'd rather save those extra bucks to buy some super pimped out bike or other computer components you don't need :D

what do u mean with different engines? take a good look in the forum because im not the one that suggesed TC to continue on many engines, i think u mistaken me with somebody else, i maybe suggested once or so,

noone knows me... that might be right, but that doesnt mean i cant ask for help on this forum, thats what a forum is partially for,

1- i allready have a bike, 2- im not going to buy anymore components anymore, prob a 5.1 speaker set

but thanks for the reply, and the tip,

COD4

seriously though, R6 vegas 2 is good game, even though its console game (primarly) i think its realy worth to look at on PC, even when my pc runs it on medium settings and low resolution @ 20 fps i still took it over console version.

about 300 hours of terrorist hunt behind :P

there is one thing that confuses me, you bought top of the line PC which is only neccesary to run crysis/BF3 maxed out but you are asking of us listing PC classics/worthy PC tittles which are majorly old and just use fraction of your GPU.

best PC games are 2000~ era, i dont know how many of those even uses unified shadder cores on GPU, probaply none :)

If you really want to waste a few months of your life, here is one list:

1.) Earth 2150 and The Moon Project - classic RTS games, multiplayer was terrific! Skirmish mode was/is quite fun too.

2.) Realms of the haunting - classic horror/adventure FPS/RPG game with great atmosphere, lots of gaming hours. This game shows you what a PC game can be with a good story. There are some really nuts puzzles and some creepy moments in there (you should wear a diaper when playing it :P joke). You'll probably have to download it from somewhere or buy used one (take a look at amazon.co.uk i think it costs only 3 pounds or so)
http://www.pcgamer.com/2010/10/31/crap- ... -haunting/

3.) Metro 2033 (FPS, really nice game with nice story and atmosphere, the downside of this game is low replay value and no multiplayer, but overall a very nice gaming experience)

4.) Borderlands (play it, it is good for your antisociality :P)

5.) Rage (if you get it cheap or the illegal way - it is just NOT worth 60€. Very good gameplay and atmosphere, but it is way too short! - you only get 12h or so. Also it has no proper multiplayer, except some boring racing arcade and so-so co-op missions that are childish play on nightmare setting. All in all it is another big disappointment from ID and "I'm so cool and badass developer Karmack".)

Dead Space for something less action packed and rather relaxing monster dismembering... What? I play Dead Space to relax and randomly mash the "E" button whenever a monster tries to snap my head off. Nothing scary in it, just some monsters suddenly popping out of vents. The second game is a bit scarier, but still, nothing that much. The gameplay is somehow the same while in the same time better.

I would check the Steam store especially right now with xmas sales going daily. Right now Killing Floor is $5 and it's a great coop game.

here's what I would recommend:
CS:S
L4D2
Killing Floor
TF2 -(free)
Brink
Borderlands
BF2-BFBC2-BF3
COD4-COD:BO-COD:MW3
MOH(2010)
PAYDAY:The Heist
Portal2
Minecraft

And for a great solo fun:
Amnesia:The Dark Descent
Portal
