Hello my friends,
What do you think about little addon for our discussion board - shoutbox? Few months ago I was using Ajax Shoutbox on one of the Enemy Territory board, it was very good opportunity to talk with people and spam sometimes

Haha it was hardly brilliant but rather entertaining. I voted no because there are forums to spam - or since I've recently enabled news comments - people can anonymously spam on there

Yeah Diane, you're totally right. But sometimes you're visiting forums, there are some people online, but nobody posts a message. With shoutbox you will be able to talk to them quickly or just say "Hi" - and probably more people will spend their time on the website. |

IRC is too complicated for a lot of people 
If there ever were a shoutbox, it would be on the site and not the forum
