No, I've done all what you've wrote and the probleme is not fixed. there comes a list with: »this packages are missing...«. Any idea?

hi, I've installed TCE, but when I want to get in a server, so I get the message, that there are packages missing. I've installed with the following guide: http://www.truecombatelite.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=1644&highlight=ubuntu+installation. where I can get this packages? I've searched in the download-section, but I cannot find there anything which seems to be needed. hope for good answer. best wishes, pe |

you probably didnt apply the 0.49b fixed patch extract it to the tcetest folder and overwrite the old files. that should fix it. and if you need any other files from the server, turn on the downloads: options->games->downloads: 3x yes there. |

well then these packages are probably the maps and other custom stuff (obj_... zz_...) enable teh downloads and reconnect |
